Touch
Touch (2016-ongoing) began in response to tragic personal loss, but took on increased valence during the years of Covid lockdown. As a continuing body of work, I can say that this project addresses the intangible tangibility of painting's continuously evolving, unraveling, re-configuring and irreconcilable juggling of haptic, bodily—visual and material—sensation.
